Our Foam orders are compressed, and roll packed into a much smaller box to keep the cost of shipping down.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Normal processing time for custom cut foam is 3 to 5 business days or less.
- If requested, you can pick up your foam order within 3 hours, at our Vaughan Factory Location (Hwy 400 & Rutherford Rd.).
- Covered standard size mattresses are available in 7 days.
- You can request a quicker mattress pick up, next day or in 2 days.
- Covered custom sized mattresses are available in 15 business days.
- All orders shipped from our Vaughan Factory, usually take 1 to 2 business days for delivery.
How are items Shipped?
We compress everything down to the most economical size to keep our shipping cost down. Everything is double wrapped in plastic.
Other Delivery Details
- Most deliveries are Monday through Friday via common courier.
- Although 99% of deliveries arrive as scheduled, subsequent delivery attempts may be required.
- Other delivery times are available for a surcharge by written request at time of ordering.
- Due to Courier delivery policies, FOAM HAMILTON does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Listing a P.O. Box as a ship-to address may delay your order, as we will have to contact you to arrange alternate delivery options.
